All puppies are being sold as purebred and will be sold as pet quality even though many are up to show standards. All puppies are sold under spay/neuter contracts, We recommend doing this at 1 year of age. After your pup is spay/neutered you will then get your registration papers. We do this to help control the pet population and also to protect our lines.

Upon full payment, breeder agrees to provide the new owners with a record of vaccination, and deworming up to date.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable. If for some reason there is a failed pregnancy or death and there is no litter, then the deposit then transfers on to the next available litter.

Choosing a female/male: when you send a deposit you can choose your sex of your puppy, HOWEVER, if you are the third male pick and there is only two males you can either choose a female or wait for the next litter. Deposits assure that you will get one of our puppies but we don’t have a way of knowing how many and what we for sure will get. We try very hard at filling everyone’s orders and hope to help you in finding the perfect puppy.

You come out to pick out and pick up your puppy on the same day. That is at 8 weeks old. You pick in the order you are on the list.

Health Guarantee:

At the time of sale, breeder believes the puppy is a healthy, sound, and a quality puppy that is current on all vaccinations. Puppy’s health is guaranteed for 3 days after pickup.

Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 3 days of pickup. If the veterinarian detects a life threatening health issue that cannot be corrected or controlled by medication within that period, a full refund of purchase price or a replacement puppy of equal value, if one is available, will be given upon return of the puppy and registration papers. Buyer must provide a written statement from the examining veterinarian detailing the health problem.

Things that are common illnesses in puppies will not be covered (e.g. kennel cough, Coccidia, common puppy worms)

If the buyer fails to take the puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian within those three days,

the contract is null.

Puppies’ hips & elbows are guaranteed for the first year from dysplasia caused by a genetic defect as deemed by 2 licensed veterinarians.

Guarantee does not include dysplasia from, but not limited to the following:

Poor nutrition, trauma, over supplementation, injury from jumping or falling, too much exercise, mistreatment, accidents not in breeder’s control.

Should the puppy develop dysplasia caused by genetic faults as outlined above, or any other life threatening disease, the breeder will have the following options:

The buyer may return the puppy to the breeder and the breeder will replace the puppy with another equal quality puppy when one becomes available. (within a year)

The buyer may decide to keep the puppy if they so wish, thus assuming all medical bills, potential problems and the breeder will be released from the constraints of the guarantee and the contract.

If for any reason you cannot keep your puppy sometime in the future, we ask that you contact us and we will try to help you find a home for him/her. Contract and warranty is non-transferable.
