STUD OWNER AGREES TO:

Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge.

To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to the bitch owner. If owner does not choose to return dog for service he/she forfeits all stud fees. Owner has one year to return for service.

1.One puppy born alive or dead constitutes a litter. However if only one puppy results from this mating, a return service will be provided at no charge to this same bitch at her next heat, or within one year, provided all conditions of this contract have been met.

****IN SOME CASES...Stud owner sells breeding fee at a discount and buys back litter for the agreed amount. Bitch owner agrees to keep puppies for 6-8 weeks until they are fully eating hard food and are weaned off of mom. If this is agreed on sign here.
